Richard Wang (Orangeburg, NY), who has been involved with art and music since he started elementary school, says, “I can always create something interesting with scraps; whether it'd be out of paper and tape or cardboard and glue, I can make something.” Richard is an eighth grade student at Pearl River High School in Rockland County and on weekends attends a Chinese school to study Chinese language and culture, where he has won the top student performance awards.
